We’re ringing in a new year, and with it, bold new styles. Start the year bright with the top trends spotted by our design experts.
LONG, FANCY CUTS
2019 will be bright, daring and absolutely dazzling. Classics will be set aside, while longer and more powerful shapes will be embraced. For engagement rings, the Oval cut will continue to be a popular choice. Along with appearing larger, the stretched facets lengthen the sparkle to distribute evenly.
Flashy shapes like Marquise, Emerald and Pear, will also continue to climb in popularity. Dare to be dazzling this year!
GOLDEN TONES
Golden tones, like yellow and rose gold, enhance features for a bold look. Halos glow brighter, and details like prong-set accents, vibrantly stand out. Rose gold has continued its popularity in modern antique designs, and won’t be abandoned anytime soon. Blush tones can even be paired with other metal types to create a very chic two-toned look. Be bold with your metal types in 2019 and go golden.

As one of the oldest diamond shapes, Emerald cuts are frequently used to recreate vintage styles. Step-cuts give off a mesmerizing antique glow and shine even brighter when stacked in unison. Finish with trendy additions, like rose gold, to add a touch of chic.
