“Matching” wedding band NOT

Received my engagement ring about 4 years ago my fiancé just purchased the “matching” band excitingly opened it and was shocked that it DOES NOT MATCH my engagement ring! No where does it say the design has changed not any mention of it! Now what am I supposed to do my engagement ring was expensive and now this band makes it look like a mismatched thrift store wedding ring! I’m sick to my stomach!

As of early 2017, the Valencia ring design was updated to include more deeply etched metalwork." We do try to inform everyone of the updates to this specific design prior to purchase. Most matching bands are only available for a couple years before they are designed. Typically, we suggest using the matching band purchase to meet the trade up requirement and create a set in the new design. Damaged ring after 8 years

I purchased a diamond nexus ring 8 or 9 years ago. At that time I was told that I had a warranty that would cover lost stones. I suddenly lost a side stone and the prongs holding my center stone are loose. I contacted Diamond Nexus and was told different things at diffent times. Im not sure what is available to me. I actually love my ring and want it repaired rather than replaced.
