We have had a HORRIBLE experience with DiamondNexus' customer service. The return option during Covid turned out to be a complete scam. Dana in customer service insisted we pay a fee of $468 and purchase more items in order to get a refund on the original

Please note our return policy has remained the same for years, allowing customers to return items 30 days from the day they were delivered. Since March of 2020 we had not seen an increase in late returns versus the previous year of 2019. Remember that Dana offered the alternative remedy for your earrings when you decided not to go with the trade up option. Please note Dana advised to you that you would be paying $144 for brand new items that totaled $432, after you sent your original earrings back to us. Instead you made a purchase before you sent your original earrings back that totaled $264. We have been in business for 15 years and apologize if there was any confusion as that is never our intent.
