I had an authentic diamond engagement ring custom-made that is nearly identical to the Endless Days emerald cut ring, and was looking everywhere for a matching band. No bands would work with the ring because the setting is low and there would be too much space between the rings. So I needed one with a cut out middle, and wanted the matching tapered baguettes on each side. I was thrilled when I discovered the Diamond Nexus site and that they had a matching band for a fraction of what I was quoted by a local jeweler.
When I saw how inexpensive the Diamond Nexus Endless Days engagement ring was, and the fact that it was on sale, I decided to buy the whole set so I could have a back-up for traveling, etc.
The set cost me less than what the local jeweler quoted me for just the band, so I felt justified in buying the engagement ring too.
I have to admit, I am kicking myself that my fiancé and I didn't know about Diamond Nexus before spending $10,000 on a SMALLER ring that is otherwise nearly identical looking!
I was able to get a 1.76 carat stone instead of the 1.25 which is what is on my real one, and for SIGNIFICANTLY less. I like this size so much better, as it looks more proportional on my hand without looking ostentatiously big. So now I am wearing this one every day! I will tell everyone who is in the market for an alternative to pricey mined diamonds about Diamond Nexus. I couldn't be happier that I made the purchase!
