Sizing:
We offer free ring sizing of your ring within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day time period, there is a nominal charge. We will be happy to send you a free ring sizer which is the most accurate way for you to determine your ring size prior to purchase. This is especially important if you are ordering a Wisdom of the Heart ring or an eternity band as neither of them can be re-sized. If you would like to receive a free ring sizer by mail, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you (800-509-4990).
To have your jewelry re-sized, please print and fill out the Diamond Nexus Jewelry Action Form. Please include the form along with your jewelry in a securely wrapped package. Being as specific as you can on the form will allow us to serve you in the quickest manner possible. Repairs:
Should your Diamond Nexus merchandise ever require repair, simply ship your merchandise back to us along with a properly filled out Diamond Nexus Jewelry Action Form. Please include the form along with your jewelry in a securely wrapped package. Being as specific as you can on the form will allow us to serve you in the quickest manner possible. If you need assistance in finding or filling out the form, please call customer service at 1-800-509-4990 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
In most cases your merchandise will be completed within 7-10 business days from the day we receive your shipment. It will then be returned to you via UPS Ground. Some charges may apply. In the event that a fee is required, one of our jewelers will contact you prior to performing any work.
If you like, you may use the return shipping label that came with your original order, (a $10 fee will be charged to your account for shipping as well as insurance on your package,) or contact Customer Service to receive a duplicate label.
