Exchanges Within 30-days:
Contact one of our customer service representatives by phone at 800.509.4990 or via Live Chat to request a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is necessary to process your exchange. If you would like us to provide a return label, please let your representative know and we will send you one via email. A $10 fee will be charged to your account for shipping as well as insurance on your package when the label is used.
- Tell the customer service representative what new item you would like in exchange for your previous item. Please be as detailed as possible.
- If you're making an exchange for merchandise that costs less than the original purchase, we will credit your credit card account the difference, or credit the original purchase in full and then re-bill for the new item(s).
- If you're making an exchange for merchandise of higher value than your original order, our Customer Service team will arrange payment right there while you're the phone.
- As soon as we receive the package, we will begin to process your exchange. In some cases, we can have your new jewelry on its way to you as early as overnight!
Please Note on Exchanges:
While we understand it may be difficult to choose the perfect piece of Diamond Nexus jewelry, we can only allow four exchanges emanating from each original receipt. Packaging your item:
Please note that all returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new condition including the original wooden box and outer presentation box. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the box we originally shipped your order in. Please secure your jewelry in the box and place the shipping label with the address below on the outside of the box. You may drop the box off at any UPS service center. As soon as we receive your package, we will begin to process your return.
