  • GREAT JOB ON ALL ACCOUNTS

    I just HAVE to let you know how absolutely delighted I was, when the ring my husband had purchased for me in 2009, was returned today with repairs and what appears to be a replacement of the stone itself.
    I had noticed the ring getting more and more dull (both the band and stone) and, although I cleaned it with approved jewelry cleaner nearly every day, it just didn't sparkle like I felt it should. Also one of the prongs was apparently needing to be adjusted, as it would catch on certain fabrics - - annoying to say the least. We mailed the ring to you (after getting thorough instructions on how to do so) a couple of weeks ago, and it was returned today, looking absolutely gorgeous!
    Not only did your customer service staff treat me courteously and efficiently, when I called to explain the situation, but we were kept informed all through the process (when ring was received by you, what repairs would be made, and shipping information when the ring was returned - - very promptly, as a matter of fact!)
    Thank you to everyone who had anything to do with this repair! I couldn't be more pleased! Great job on all accounts!

    Good morning or good day to you! I'm not sure if you remember our conversation. My name is Amanda and I ordered the 3ct Cinderella staircase ring and I'm so excited for it to arrive. I hope this finds you well. I felt compelled to write to you because I know what it's like working in customer service and it is a very difficult position to be in, so it's nice to get some positive feed back. ?? *hopefully this makes your day a good one* ??

    The purpose of this note was to tell you that I'm 30, never had a relationship, dated or had anyone ever interested in me.(main reason I'm depressed most of the time) I was over weight my whole life, I was up to 302 pounds and went for a gastric bypass that I managed to lose 150+ pounds. I do suffer from anxiety and depression and have this unexplainable feeling that I just will not find the right one for me. When I saw this ring I fell in love from the moment I saw it on YouTube. I'd like to do a full review etc if it's ok with the company on my small YouTube channel. Please let me know. Anyhow, my life has been an endless road of dark and horrible times and out came the tiny light that's been growing ever since. Health issues etc blocked me from being happy. It was always my dream to own MY ring set and I wanted to say thank you for your kindness & heartfelt words and assistance.

    I honestly thought I'd never be able to get it because the price started to go up a little every so often but I knew this was a sign that I am supposed to have this ring and hopefully 2 matching bands in the future. The point I'm trying to make here is... Thank you for bringing joy back into my life giving me something to look forward to/get up every morning. It's been a long dark tunnel and this for me has inspired me to accomplish my goals(with or without a man lol). Sorry for the rambling I know you're super busy but I just have to say; may the Gods bless you with abundance and joy and all the good stuff in between.     "I have been dealing with diamond nexus for almost 7 years now, and I never thought I would find a company that tries so hard to make their customers happy. They have amazing ring builders and are very knowledgeable....on top of everything did I mention their pricing? - AMAZING

    Another amazing thing about this company is the fact that they have taken many customers away from blood diamonds and the corrupt industry in general.. this to me means the most and am thankful for this company for that reason. Also, I would really recommend dealing with Michelle Edwards, I don't know if my experience would have been good if I did not get the chance to talk to her and get her support whenever I needed to send my wife's rings for repairs, resizing, etc.... I don't know about ALL their products but the ones I have seen are spot on and amazing."

    I have managed big box retailers and know for a fact that customer service is the key to a successful business. Tiffany was top notch. She went above and beyond for me and she did it because it is the right thing to do. Unfortunately for a business this trait is not a learned thing no matter how hard we try. We need to constantly be upgrading and rewarding talent until we have an entire department full of "Tiffany's". Keep up the good work, I will be making my purchase tomorrow.

    My name is Sophia and I made a purchase with your establishment and then saw for less...I spoke to a customer service rep named Perry and he/she was so patient and knowledgeable. This person explained all the details to me especially how it works when financing with Affirm....they even told me his much money I would be saving for this inquiry. ..this person was patient courteous, professional and extremely pleasant ...I just want to mention that I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

    I'm not sure if you're the right person for this email but I just wanted to let your company know how much I appreciate Shawn Rogge's help and support on an issue I had with a gift I bought for my wife from Diamond Nexus.
    The support and follow through he showed is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to Diamond Nexus as well as recommending this company to many others!
    My wife is very happy with the replacement bracelet that she should receive by next Wednesday now that it's been about 5 months since this ordeal began.

  • DN SAVED MY CHRISTMAS

    Let me start by saying Diamond Nexus has earned a customer for life. This ring is so much grander than the pictures can ever hope to portray. My newly minted fiancé can't stop looking at it and ranting about the size. The original ring was lost by UPS with only two days left till Christmas. I was in full panic mode. Then Michelle and Tiffany and the rest of the diamond nexus crew came to my rescue. They saved Christmas for myself and more importantly, for my fiancé. I can never thank them enough for that. The only thing I'd say negative, aside from the UPS nightmare, is the box it comes in... It's kinda plain, but boy does the ring make up for it. Diamond nexus, I'll be buying from you again in a few weeks for her birthday... And a month later for valentines day... And every other holiday. You guys are AMAZING
